It is about 1500sqft 3br/2ba/2cg house with private parking and fenced backyard. It has a very quite, comfortable, and cozy feel to it. The home has all LVP floors and it is well insulated with a new roof and windows. This is a very nice house. The house is ready for move in now. Asking $1,600 / month but more important than the monthly rent is getting someone in there that will care for it. If you want this house, you better not mind maintaining a yard. It has a big one. It is not landscaped in the back but it has plenty of room to rome. I really prefer a long term tenant who is clean and takes care of their belongings. I do not want to deal with weirdo's or complainers. I really mean this. I would rather not rent it at all than to deal with difficult people.
