Moto Authority for sale in Albuquerque, NM
Outstandingly gorgeous 1973 Triumph T140, built by two time AHMRA Champion (Murray), based on his series winning bike.
This bike was built with his years of contacts in the vintage racing community, and no expense spared on this 25k
project.
The bike has less than 200 miles on it since built.
750 engine built by Big D cycles of Dallas, balanced and blueprinted, ported and polished head with streetable cams, Amal mark 5 carbs, electronic ignition, belt drive primary with dry clutch.
Frame done by Ed Marby with revised steering head geometry and bracing front and rear, swingarm is also bridged for stability, Works shocks on rear and springs in front tubes, Billet triple trees and steering stabilizer, Grimeca brakes front and rear.
Sun alloy rims laced with stainless spokes 18' front and rear with Avon Roadrider rubber.
On the flattrack style bars is a electronic Smiths tach.
This thing has a broad power band, very strong from 4000-7000, one of the smoothest English twins I have ever ridden, priced at an even $10,000.
00 which is far less than spent building this special machine.
Absolutely perfect condition.
Clean and clear title in hand.
