Primary
Responsibilities:
Conduct health risk assessments on members via phone
Assist members with any other needs that they might have via phone
Document all of your work
Other duties as assigned
Required
Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
2 years of Customer Service experience
Ability to create, edit, save and send documents utilizing Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Ability to navigate a PC to open applications, send emails, and conduct data entry
Ability to type at least 45 WPM
Previous experience in Healthcare
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience working with the Medicaid population
Previous Call Center experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
