Summary:
Responsible for providing advanced configuration, testing/quality review and maintenance for production applications. Provides a variety of advanced technical tasks related to assigned area of responsibility, independently or with minimal supervision. Work directly with business units and other stakeholders to gather business requirements
Responsibilities:
Under general direction, responsible for providing advanced configuration, testing/quality review, documentation and maintenance of applications. Provides a variety of advanced tasks related to assigned area of responsibility. Work directly with business units and other stakeholders to gather business requirements
Uses advanced analytical and problem solving skills as well as an understanding of the business and systems in resolving problems with production application. Performs testing and validation efforts.
Advanced knowledge and understanding of the structural and configuration relationships between the subsystems, applications, modules, etc.
Serves as a advanced resource to users through education, collaboration, and providing assistance with investigating and correcting problems.
Performs in review, impact assessment, testing and modifications for application updates, upgrades and installations
