Summary:
Work independently to provide technical, business analysis, and team leadership in configuring and sustaining production applications. Act as a key enabler in cross-functional business process analysis and design. Responsible for providing advanced configuration, testing/quality review and maintenance for production applications. Works directly with business units and other stakeholders to gather business requirements


Responsibilities:
Working independently, responsible for providing complex configuration, testing/quality review, documentation, maintenance of applications and team leadership. Provides a variety of advanced tasks related to assigned area of responsibility. Work directly with business units and other stakeholders to gather business requirements Act as a key enabler in cross-functional business process analysis and design
Applies expert analytical/problem solving skills and in-depth understanding of the business and systems to resolve complex design and problems with the applications. Leads testing and validation efforts.
Expert knowledge and understanding of the structural and configuration relationships between the subsystems, applications, modules, etc.
Serves as an expert resource to users through education, collaboration, and providing assistance with investigating and correcting problems.
Leads in review, impact assessment, testing and modifications for application updates, upgrades and installations.
