Under general supervision, performs varied administrative duties such as manages one primary faculty office suite including coordinating and maintaining the daily activities at the reception area, facilities budget requests for faculty office supplies, assists Instructors with materials requests, coordinates student requests for faculty office hours visits, supervises student employees, records and facilitates information regarding class cancellations, researches on-site classroom usage and requests along with Master Scheduler, Manages Westside Campus Faculty Office assignments each academic term, assists with campus website development, troubleshoots daily operational issues and works as team member with Campus Student Success Team Leader, Administrative Coordinator and Achievement Coaches.
Performs office duties, greets, directs, and assist students, staff, faculty, and visitors; answers inquires by telephone and in person; takes and routes messages, and refers individuals to Connect Achievement Coaches.
Works as a team member with Westside Campus departments regarding Campus Safety issues. Maintains professional standards and practices and confidentiality in appropriate situations.
Utilizes Microsoft applications, Astra, Banner, office equipment, and additional software
Provide exemplary customer service to all internal and external customers; providing support to the schools administration, faculty, and students. Participate in college events, research and collect data; establish and maintain record keeping for assigned area. May be responsible, as assigned, for providing coverage in the absence of other staff.
Organize multiple and varied work assignments with attention to detail. Communicate effectively with diverse populations both orally and in writing. Responsible for problem solving in varied situations and exercise independent judgment; plan and complete assignments, and comply with deadlines as required. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED and post secondary administrative assistant/secretarial studies certificate and two (2) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid New Mexico Driver's license required.
This position requires a background check.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
