Day to day duties will include: - Provide first-line customer support and problem resolution on the Organization's flagship software for external customers. - Diagnosis reported issues and guide users through step-by-step solutions via email and telephone communications. - Clearly communicate technical information to non-technical people in a user-friendly and professional manner. - Create detailed records of more severe issues and assign the issues to the appropriate department. - Maintain a poised and professional demeanor while handling a high volume of customer phone calls and communications. Requirements: The successful Application Support specialist will have experience providing end user support on a Helpdesk and/or Software support team. Experience troubleshooting software issues. Must have meticulous attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Candidates must be teachable, personable, outgoing, able to work independently, and should have the ability and willingness to work on mission critical and time sensitive situations. Experience with Law Enforcement, Legal, Court, MVD or other related software and or knowledge of those industries will be given preference.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
