A mid-level test engineer (i.e., not a junior-level test engineer) to LEAD the testing effort. An RF background is a must -to minimize ramp-up time by bringing in an experienced resource. The test engineer should require little to no oversight and guidance (current support staff will be available for questions). The test engineer should have extensive experience in troubleshooting of equipment. Also, the test engineer, leveraging his RF background, will coordinate with data processing personnel to define data collection parameters. This position will lead all testing efforts moving forward (test definition in coordination with researchers, test setup, data collection and distribution, test setup equipment mods, etc).
