Summary:
RNs in this position will begin working in a progressive/acute care environment providing intermediate levels of care for patients and will be cross trained in the ICUThis Neuro Specialty Unit will take a mix of higher acuity patients to include long term trachs and drips that need monitoringOne shift monthly RNs will float to the ICU to take a tier I ICU assignment to keep skills sharpNew graduates and experienced RN's are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License Academic Preparation:
Degree from accredited academic nursing program preferred Required Certification from either AHA, ASHI, or Red Cross BLS:
All RN roles ACLS:
Emergency Department, Critical Care, Cardiovascular Lab, GI Lab, Interventional Radiology, Progressive Care, Surgical Services NRP:
Family Birthing Center, Labor and Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care, Mother/Baby Care PALS:
