Join a practice in Albuquerque, NM where CRNAs and MDs practice independently alongside each other in a collaborative anesthesiology team. You'll be joining a collegial team of 30 CRNAs and 4 anesthesiologists who prioritize interprofessional collaboration to ensure we're providing the best possible anesthetic care to our patients.
Details For this Opportunity:
-CRNA
-1099 Position - Independent, Full-Scope Practice (Perform all pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, lines, etc)
-There is a facilitator available to help run the board, for consultation, and for a second set of hands in an emergency. Willing to mentor for blocks and lines
-Case Variety:
general, ortho, ENT, bariatrics, plastics, GYN, peds dental, peds ENT, GI, urology, spine, neuro. No trauma, cardiac or thoracic
-Weekday call is approximately 3x/mo (1st, 2nd, or 3rd call). Weekend call is approximately every 6th weekend. A holiday call is approximately one holiday/per year.
-This is a great opportunity for a CRNA who wants to escape ACT and begin independent practice!
-$270-$310K (Production-Based)
-7 Weeks Off per Year, $40K Sign-On/ Relo Bonus (2-year commitment); $20K Sign-On/Relo Bonus (1-year commitment), $8K Annual Bonus Potential (Paid Quarterly)
