Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment and machinery in a food processing environment - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food production and processing - Fabricate and assemble food products according to specifications - Sanitize work areas and equipment to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards - Monitor production processes to ensure quality control and adherence to FDA regulations - Stand for 6 hours per day - Have the ability to lift up to 60lbs - Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety guidelines - Package food including boxing and palletizing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food production or a related field is preferred - Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues is a plus - Familiarity with FDA regulations and food industry standards is desirable - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
