Full-Time Join our dynamic team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in our Chiropractic office.
We're seeking a friendly, organized, and confident individual who thrives on multitasking and is ready to take on various responsibilities.
As an essential part of our success, you'll provide administrative and patient support, contributing to the overall wellness experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk with a welcoming and organized approach.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Prioritize and multitask effectively to handle various responsibilities.
Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications.
Requirements:
Sincere interest in health and wellness, specifically in a Chiropractic setting.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Customer service and administrative experience is preferred.
College education is preferred but not required.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Compensation $22 per hour Working Hours/Day:
25 - 35 hours per week Monday - Thursday 3-day weekend Job Type:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
