Now hiring in Albuquerque, NMThe Engineering Support Specialist/Technologist will play a crucial role in enhancing Work Planning and Control (WP&C), Space Management, and Strategic PlanningKey responsibilities include:
Collecting data to provide insights into space attributesInputting data following established processesUtilizing computer systems for data analysis (ProjectWise, Maximo, FCS, Tririga, etc.
)Collaborating with customers, building managers, and the REOP Project TeamConducting walkdowns to validate and collect dataProviding project updates and collaborating on data consistencyTraining will be provided on:
Data collection process and characterization standardsComputer systems for data collection and analysisFacilities process and proceduresLevel 2 Room Data Configuration Collection SpreadsheetEducation Requirements:
BS/BA in engineering or science with two (2) years of relevant experience ORHigh school diploma with five (5) years of relevant experienceMinimum Qualifications:
Ability to interpret and understand drawings for building systems evaluationProficient in applying Facilities Information Management System (FIMS) codesCapability to work in a diverse environmentSuccessful completion of pre-employment screening, including a background check and drug screening
