Qualifications:
Proven experience in logistical coordination/project management, preferably in a child care or related field.
Basics of Bookkeeping knowledge and financial literacy.
Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail and efficiency.
Strong verbal and written business communication and interpersonal abilities, being nice, positive, playful, caring, helpful.
Supervisory skills and experience, coaching, evaluating, supporting.
Making, admitting, learning by mistakes.
Solution oriented.
Strong work ethic and work longevity.
Proficient in relevant software (not specific to DCW) for billing, payroll, and record-keeping.

Creates annual budget for organization.
Prepares financial reports for the board of directors.
Prepares appropriate reports SUCH AS? and meets with Accountant to file 990 report annually.
Fulfills IRS and state not-for-profit reporting requirements.

Oversees systems for communicating with staff, families, and the community:

FINANCIAL RESOURCES:
Applies for grants, oversees funding compliance, ECECD contracts.

Purchases supplies, maintains office resource store, manages donated items, stores resources aesthetically.
TRANSPORTATION:
purchasing, maintaining vehicles, delivery systems, hiring, supervising drivers.
OFFICE FORM AND FUNCTION:
maintenance of cosmetic appearance and functionality.
CLIENT ACCOUNTS:
management, maintenance, and communication with families.
Oversees and Works with Registration Manager registration of families.

Works with Billing Manager and has oversight of all processes related to the billing of families.
ECECD contracts are completed, maintained and payments are complete and accurate.

Approves financial disbursements and monitors accounting activities.
Ensures bills, reimbursements, and refunds are paid.
Purchases supplies Approves payroll Works with third party accounting and payroll - to maintain bank accounts and the general ledger.
to maintain monthly budget, ensuring accuracy and disseminating to ensure taxes are paid and filed in a timely manner.
oversees processes related to payroll and payroll taxes and benefits reporting.
Works with and supports Site Directors and Office Staff with payroll systems.
RECORDKEEPING:
Schedules audits and prepares appropriate paperwork and other requirements when needed.
Employees = New hire paperwork, base pay, dime training, evaluation & promotion raises.
Maintains organization records, files, documents, and archives.
LIKE? Notarizes, pays for, copies, and mails all licensing applications in a timely manner.
HUMAN RESOURCES:
Maintains and renews benefits annually.
Enrolls new full-time staff in benefits programs when eligible.
Provides 401K support to employees when needed.
Worker's Compensation insurance carrier support and follow up when needed.
Fights unemployment claims and follows up when needed.
Collects and reports census information for 401K, POP, and WC annually.
Renews, pays and maintains all insurance needed for organization.
Makes insurance claims and follows up when needed.
