Qualifications:
Proven experience in logisticalcoordination/projectmanagement, preferably in a child care or related field.Basics of Bookkeeping knowledge and financial literacy.Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail and efficiency.Strong verbal and written business communication and interpersonal abilities, being nice, positive, playful, caring, helpful.Supervisory skills and experience, coaching, evaluating, supporting.Making, admitting, learning by mistakes.Solution oriented.Strong work ethic and work longevity.Proficient in relevant software (not specific to DCW) for billing, payroll, and record-keeping.Knows MS Office Suite and Google Apps,Ability to multitask, manage time, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.If you're ready to play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of an amazing school-age child care organization, apply now and become the logistical backbone of our dedicated team!Salary Range:

Approves financial disbursements and monitors accounting activities.Ensures bills, reimbursements, and refunds are paid.Purchases suppliesApproves payrollWorks with third party accounting and payrollto maintain bank accounts and the general ledger.to maintain monthly budget, ensuring accuracy and disseminatingto ensure taxes are paid and filed in a timely manner.oversees processes related to payroll and payroll taxes and benefits reporting.Works with and supports Site Directors and Office Staff with payroll systems.RECORDKEEPING:
Schedules audits and prepares appropriate paperwork and other requirements when needed.Employees = New hire paperwork, base pay, dime training, evaluation & promotion raises.Maintains organization records, files, documents, and archivesLIKE?Notarizes, pays for, copies, and mails all licensing applications in a timely manner.HUMAN RESOURCES:
