(link removed)We are currently seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic team at our tech firm in AlbuquerqueThe ideal candidate will be able to seamlessly integrate into our fast-paced environment, contributing to the success of our human resources programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities for the Senior HR Generalist :
Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
Conduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
Assist with new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
Administer and execute human resource programs including compensation, disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition and morale, and training and development of new supervisors/managers.
Handle employment-related inquiries, referring complex matters to the appropriate staff.
Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Conduct employee terminations and exit interviews.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, ensuring EEOC and OFCCP compliance.
Maintain records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
Manage the human resource information system (HRIS) records and compile reports.
Collaborate with the HR Director to ensure fair management practices.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications for the Senior HR Generalist :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ethical Conduct.
Education and Experience for the Senior HR Generalist position:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 3
years of experience as an HR professional.
Compensation for the Senior HR Generalist position:
$24 - $33 per hour (DOE)(Temporary status may transition to permanent based on successful performance.

This is a non-remote position , and the successful candidate will be based at our client's office in Albuquerque, NM.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
