The position is responsible for managing inventory by being timely in keeping track of ins and outs of customer goods in our inventory log.
Responsible for performing physical cycle counts to verify inventory is correct for billing at the end of each month.
Responsible for tracking IMS consumable items and reordering when necessary.
The ideal candidate will be process and system driven.
Ability to work independently at times but also as a team player.
Able to meet deadlines and timelines.
We are looking for a specific type of candidate for this position and will be asking candidates selected for interviews to take an assessment before we continue the interview process.
Task List:
Maintain accuracy of the ins/outs, locations, and dates of the inventory log.
Create Pull Lists for items that are leaving the warehouse.
Performs physical inventory cycle counts of certain products by the 5th of each month.
Maintain customer provided lists of items that they are expecting.
IE Staples Maintain inventory for IMS consumable products Accurately receive items into inventory log and follow procedure for completion of receiving process Other items as needed Minimum Job Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma/GED
Experience:
1 year of inventory or asset tracking experience (Preferred) Specific Skills:
Google Suite of Apps experience,(Gmail, Google Sheet, Google Docs) Experience with Excel Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check successfully Preferred Job Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.

Meticulous attention to detail and desire to have things correct and all the boxes checked.
Working Conditions:
Indoors 95% of the time, on your feet a majority of the time with time at a desk to process data.
Some, physical labor, must be able to lift 75 lbs.

Hot and cold environment depending on the weather.
The warehouse is climate controlled but there are swings in temperature depending on weather.
