Customer Service Representative - NM

LQ is looking for enthusiastic agents to join our team.

A typical day's responsibilities include:
o Fielding calls to and from consumers or existing customers of our clients, who have inquired about our clients' services.
o Calls are fully scripted and require you to ask series of short questions.
o Record call information to internal system.
o Transfer calls to the client's sales representative.
o The pace is quick and most of your time will be on the phone.
Job Requirements (Volunteer/non-profit work included):
o Strong communication skills.
o Experience working with computers.
o Previous call center or customer service experience.
o Military sensitivity a plus.
o Must pass a drug test and background test.
$15 - $15 an hour$15 per hour, plus eligible for $1/hour quarterly bonus.
Hours:
Full-time with flexible shifts available between 8 am and 7 pm MST

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
