As a Transport Driver at GRP NM LLC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our cannabis products as well as shaping the public image of our company.
Key
Responsibilities:

Safety-Minded Driving:
- Prioritize safety on the road, obey traffic laws, and follow all company safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety regulations for transporting hazardous materials.
2.
Vehicle Maintenance:
- Perform routine checks on the vehicle before and after each trip, including fluid checks, tire inspections, and brake system evaluations.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to ensure the vehicle remains in optimal condition.
3.
Documentation:
- Keep accurate and up-to-date maintenance and usage logs for the vehicle, recording mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance activities, and any incidents or accidents.
- Ensure all documentation, such as permits and licenses, is current and accessible during inspections.
4.
Punctuality:
- Adhere to a strict schedule, delivering products on time and meeting delivery windows.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate delivery times and any potential delays.
5.
Security:
- Safeguard cannabis products during transportation to prevent theft or tampering.
- Follow security protocols to ensure the products remain secure at all times.
6.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay informed about state and local cannabis regulations and transportation laws.
- Comply with all applicable regulations and licensing requirements related to cannabis transportation.

Customer Service:
- Maintain a clean-cut and professional appearance at all times while representing the company.
- Interact professionally with customers and dispensary staff, providing excellent customer service.

Handle unexpected situations such as traffic delays, road closures, or vehicle breakdowns with resourcefulness and composure.
- Route Planning:
Plan efficient routes to minimize travel time and reduce fuel consumption.
Utilize GPS systems and traffic apps to navigate effectively.

Be physically fit to handle the loading and unloading of products, including the ability to lift heavy loads if necessary.
- Clean Appearance:
Maintain a clean-cut and professional appearance when interacting with customers and representing the company.
- Communication:
Keep open lines of communication with dispatch, coworkers, and management to ensure the smooth operation of the distribution process.
- Problem-Solving:
