Automotive Receptionist

Pitre Buick GMC is seeking a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls, route them to the appropriate department, and take messages when necessary.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it's clean and organized.
- Provide basic information to customers about our dealership and its services.
- Generate temporary and demo tags- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and basic computer software.
- Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday, 9:
00 AM to 6:
00 PM.
