Compensation:

Responsibilities:
1.
Dispensary Operations:
Oversee all aspects of dispensary operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and security protocols.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal cannabis regulations and maintain necessary licenses and permits.
2.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and manage dispensary staff, fostering a positive and customer-focused work environment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training to enhance staff knowledge and performance.
3.
Customer Service:
Ensure the highest level of customer service by training staff on product knowledge, providing recommendations, and resolving customer inquiries or issues.
Maintain a welcoming and safe environment for customers and staff.
4.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory procurement, tracking, and control systems to ensure accurate and compliant inventory levels.
Implement inventory best practices to reduce waste and ensure product quality.
5.
Sales and Marketing:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase brand awareness.
Monitor sales trends and adjust product offerings based on customer demand.

Security and Compliance:
Implement and enforce security procedures to safeguard products, cash, and the safety of staff and customers.
Stay current with evolving cannabis regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.

Financial Management:
Manage the dispensary's budget, monitor expenses, and ensure efficient financial operations.
Prepare and analyze financial reports and make recommendations for improvements.

Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about cannabis product offerings and industry trends, and share this knowledge with staff and customers.
Promote responsible use of cannabis products and provide information on the benefits and potential risks.

Health and Safety:

Reporting:

Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
