Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a secure and safe environment - Protect property and assets by implementing security measures and protocols - Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to any suspicious activities - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures - Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, including medical situations - Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations - Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Security Guard or relevant position - Knowledge of security operations and procedures - Familiarity with surveillance equipment, CCTV systems, and access control - Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively - Strong observation skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner - CPR, First Aid, or other relevant certifications are preferred - Prior military or law enforcement experience is a plus We offer competitive pay rates, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career advancement.
