Overview:
Under the general supervision of the Director, conducts contractual studies or research which is relatively broad in scope and which requires decisions as to methodology employedPlans, conducts and supervises research requiring fundamental scientific knowledge and advanced knowledge toxicology, biology, and/or infectious disease
Qualifications:
Requires a Ph.
D in Toxicology, Biology, Virology, Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences, Immunology, or a directly related field and a minimum of 2 years of directly related research experienceMust have demonstrated ability to handle fundamental scientific tasksPublished and/or presented original researchRequires research experience in specific area of toxicology or virologyRequires professional-level computer skills and advanced experience with Excel, as well as the ability to learn department-specific computer systems as neededMust have superior professional-level written and verbal communication skills; a high degree of professionalism and excellent problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability in managing a wide variety of complex tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting multiple deadlines is requiredMust have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team as well as the ability to maintain confidential informationThis position will involve work inside the ABSL3 facility which will require vaccinations/immunizationsAbility to obtain and maintain Select Agent clearance is requiredA Post-offer physical and background check are requiredAbility to gain and maintain access to Kirtland Air Force base (KAFB) is requiredSalary:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
