Mission Support Specialist
Goldbelt Hawk designs, develops, and implements comprehensive solutions for problem spaces, including computer security, scalable architectures, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and network/data center operations.
Specializing in local and enterprise-level incident response and forensic analysis, Hawk's personnel deliver threat analysis and reporting while implementing solutions based on mature planning and development practices.
Summary:
Goldbelt Hawk is seeking a Mission Support Specialist to provide continued support to the DTRA NE-MA Department's customers and programs.
Facilitating vulnerability assessments and mission assurance department support and performance analysis in support of DoD and DTRA efforts.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide resource management, administrative, planning, and professional development support to the Department.
Provide logistical coordination/support for primarily assigned assessment team and on as needed basis support the coordination requirements of other department personnel.
Support the assigned Team Chief or senior government person for each assessment.
Gather requirements, objectives, and scope for upcoming missions.
Develop comprehensive pre-mission plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and required resources.
Identify potential logistical challenges and propose solutions to ensure smooth mission execution.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to budgets, resource allocations, and mission plans.
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
Ability to independently initiate, manage, execute, and report tasks Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data Ability to read and interpret management policy, regulations, and directives Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 or higher to include Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint Minimum
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
Four (4) or more years' experience in data analytics.
An additional four (4) years of data science experience on projects with similar data analytics processes may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
Experience with the Joint Travel Regulations and Defense Travel System (DTS).
Experience coordinating group travel arrangements Top Secret with SCI Eligibility Must be a U.
S Citizen Ability to travel both in CONUS and OCONUS is required The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $125,000 per year.
