Angular Developer with Security Clearance

Our client is seeking an Application Programmer III to support a major national laboratory.
You will develop and support, agile, integrated, process-based software solutions that enable a world class national laboratory to achieve its business and mission objectives, with focus on the health and safety of the employees, and protection of the environment, while complying with regulatory and other requirements effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Analyze functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts.
Develop block diagrams and logic flow charts.
Translate detailed design into computer software.
Test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product.
Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.
Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency.
Provide technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met.
Experience in information system design, including application programming on large-scale database management systems and the development of complex software to satisfy design objectives.
This position will focus on front-end/UI design and will be focused on the use of Angular and Java.
Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's degree plus 8 years' experience or Associate's degree plus 11 years' experience.
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 6 years' experience is needed for a total of 14 years' experience.
Must have a minimum of 2-3 years Angular experience.
Should have minimum 3-4 years' experience with Java.
Passionate about front-end/UI software engineering.
