o Process Associate will provide primary activity queue support by resolving a user's problem or service requests via the phone, sent in via E-mail, Self Service requests or via Live Chat.
o They will also coordinate with other IT support groups (if necessary) to resolve the request.
o The Process Associate will track, monitor, escalate and train customers efficiently and with quality.
o The goal is to meet or exceed the customer's level of expectation with technical support and requests for service Recommended Skills Technical Support Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
