Sales Consultant - Job Responsibilities include:
Greet customers and assist them in identifying the type of vehicle which will meet their needs, and answer questions about available products and services.
Guide customers through the sales process Explain features and demonstrate the operation of the vehicle in showroom or on road Present purchase / lease proposals Close the deal Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales Engage customers after sale for a follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc.
