Dreamstyle Remodeling is a long-standing home services company located in the Albuquerque area looking for a qualified Human Resources Coordinator.
Company is in a tremendous growth phase and looking for an excellent accounting leader to join our growing team.

The HR Coordinator plays a crucial role in employee development, organizational effectiveness, and internal communication, in line with Dreamstyls' strategic vision.
The role encompasses a broad range of HR activities, including operations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, leave management, worker's compensation, employee engagement, event coordination, and managerial training.
Responsibilities Assist with the development, implementation, and administration of HR programs and policies Assist with recruitment support including:
conducting background checks, exit interviews, etc Assist with employee onboarding and orientation:
refine materials, build packages and participate in onboarding meetings Assist with other Human Resource functions and special projects as required.
Process and Monitor Training hours and rosters for every new hire Collaborate with management in the processing and finalizing of employee separations Act as mediator for employee relations when necessary Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years experience in HR or related experience Degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred) Experience with ADP (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish High level of discretion, integrity and trustworthiness to safeguard sensitive information Ability to interact with all levels within the organization Strong customer service orientation and positive approach in handling challenging issues What We Offer $20-$24 an hour Medical, dental, vision insurance Paid vacations & PTO Opportunities for growth and advancement 401(k) plan Schedule Full-Time Monday- Friday 8:
