If you are interested in this position, please apply online with your resume and cover letter today! Overview The Supervisor of HR Operations oversees the deployment and administration of operational processes associated with the employee lifecycle.
This position ensures daily operations run smoothly and processes are consistent, efficient and timely.
This individual will oversee personnel actions and ensure they are entered accurately and timely, manage employee data via the HRIS system, ensure that data are secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations, and ensure required reporting and filings are delivered on time.
The Supervisor of HR Operations supervises a small group of coordinators that perform transactional or repetitive processes.
This position will contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures, and policies.
Job Duties:
Manages HR Coordinators and associated work activities, ensuring procedures are established and maintained for consistent handling of employee questions, transactions, and administration of human resource programs.
Manages the HR Ticketing System and ensures timely and accurate responses.
Manages departmental records management staff and programs in accordance with SLFCU policy, serves as official custodian of employee records.
Oversees responses to requests for information, including open records requests.
Oversees HR vendor management process and documentation.
Oversees quality control audits to ensure that the integrity of employee information is maintained and to ensure compliance with legal and SLFCU policy requirements.
Assists with streamlining and documenting departmental procedures relating to various aspects of HR's policies and procedures.
RequirementsExperience and Knowledge:
Three (3) years of supervisory experience or 5 years' experience in Human Resources with demonstrated knowledge of operational HR.
Knowledge of current rules, regulations, laws, principles, and practices related to HR records and information management and payroll administration.
Knowledge of general HR administration theory, principles, and practices.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, at all levels inside and outside the organization.
Education:
Relevant Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience Interpersonal Skills:

Salary Description $75,000 - $100,000 Annually (DOE) Recommended Skills Administration Auditing Business Relationship Management Communication Coordinating Data Analysis Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
