Are comfortable working remotely and managing their own daily schedule.
Can complete company training and pass State Licensing Exam.
Our company's commission structure is aggressive and includes a proprietary digital platform FREE of cost to our agents that incorporates multiple sources of warm leads and eliminates the need for cold-calling.

Regularly track and identify areas of improvement and set goals.
Ability to understand various products from multiple carriers to help consumers make the best decision for their future.
