Facilities Technician II
Job DescriptionPrimary responsibility will be supporting equipment documentation for the ICAM project.
Tracking down equipment in the field and documenting equipment specifics.
Types of experience that usually work well in this role:
Vacuum Pump experiencePrior MilitaryAuto MechanicsMachine mechanicsResponsible for performing repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide - Variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems.
Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains a wide - Variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, electrical, heating and cooling systems.
Conducts preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance duties.
Required experience in as many of the following as possible:
Vacuum PumpsElectrical knowledgeHVAC experienceAbility to read schematics.
Previous mechanicsPlumbingAbatementAssignments are semi-routine in nature.
Work performed within generally defined parameters.
Normally receives general instructions on most work.
Minimum Educational requirement:
AS degree preferred or equivalent military experience.
Must have HS diploma or equivalent for US positions.
