Business Development Associate
Position purpose - Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/TasksThe purpose of this position is to generate interest in employment opportunities at PRMI via direct phone contact with prospective candidates.
Perform internet research to obtain candidate contact information when necessaryoSchedules appointments with prospective candidates and Hiring Managers or Business Development ManagersoMaintains schedules and calendars for Business Development Managers and Hiring ManagersoGathers information needed for Prospective CandidatesoUnder the guidance of the Business Development Supervisor, cultivate a small territory by contacting prospective candidates in order to generate initial interest, develop and close recruiting opportunitiesoMaintains prospective candidate information in Salesforce
Qualifications:
oDemonstrated proficiency with cold-calling and telephone salesoPrevious experience making appointments and maintaining schedules and calendars for othersoAttention to detail and ability to maintain filesoExperience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
)oAbility to communicate adequately via email, verbally, telephone, letter writing, etc.
oAbility to maintain a work schedule that may require working extended hoursPreferences:
oMortgage industry experience preferred Company Conformance StatementIn the performance of assigned tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the following:

Employment with PRMI requires compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies.
The ability to work extended hours may be required.
