Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for Banner Business Analyst to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role.

(Hybrid Model) COGNIZANT IS LOOKING FOR Banner Business Analyst o5-8 years in utility industry with extensive knowledge in CIS, billing processes, meter to cash processes oStrong business analysis skills and documentation skills (able to create a business requirements document, functional specification etc) oAbility to schedule and conduct meetings with business and IT stakeholders oAbility to analyze any system exceptions and simulate the problem /ticket oAbility to co-ordinate and work with offshore development team oExperience in process mapping and gap analysis oMust have good customer engagement and management skills oShould be able to resolve routine business process issues raised by customer/customer care teams.
oShould be able to write simple SQL queries to pull various reports based on business need.
Experience Required:
o5-8 years in utility industry with extensive knowledge in CIS, billing processes, meter to cash processes oStrong business analysis skills and documentation skills (able to create a business requirements document, functional specification etc) oKnowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Automic batch job scheduler oKnowledge of Banner Product Work Authorization:

The annual salary for this position depends on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
