Los Lunas/Belen Community Support Coach

Albuquerque, NM Albuquerque, NM Part-time Part-time $15 an hour $15 an hour This community Support Coach will need to be available to work with a single male individual in the Belen area.
If you are an easy-going, fun-loving, adventure-seeking, and incredibly reliable person this could be a great fit for you.
This individual is wheelchair-bound and has a service dog.
They love to chat, enjoy video games, cartoons/anime and would benefit from someone willing to try new adventures out in the community, including riding the rail runner, visiting museums, and finding new and exciting social activities to participate in.
This position is 10 am - 6 pm Monday through Friday with some variance to start and end times.
As a coach you will help them access the community by providing transportation, ensuring they make safe decisions and has the opportunity to explore the various activities he wants to participate in.
He will benefit from consistency, a regular schedule, good communication, a patient, and calm person, and someone that is good at thinking outside the box and redirecting when needed.
Our support coaches work side by side with individuals with intellectual, physical, or mental disabilities, ensuring they can participate in all they want to do.
This includes exercise, visiting museums, community centers, or the bosque, participating in community activities, and finding new adventures for them to enjoy.
Rate of Pay:
$15.
00/hour Additional hours and days may be available with other individuals Perks:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
