Review programs and functional areas through the application of a comprehensive knowledge of audit and review standards, procedures, practices and management controls.
Make effective oral and written presentations to OAE managers, clients, and others that clearly communicate work results, impact, and recommended corrective actions to address identified problems.
Review system development projects to determine whether systems are designed using sound system development principles, adhere to established performance standards, and are functioning as intended.
Requirements Conditions of Employment The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service.

Qualifications You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized experience for the GS-13 level is one year of experience at the GS-12 level, or equivalent, that is directly related to the position as listed in this announcement, and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
Specialized experience includes:
Demonstrating skill of computer search and retrieval procedures to identify, summarize and analyze statistical data to produce trend analysis and statistical reports in a variety of formats for use by management; AND Applying IT principles, concepts, standards and practices in order to serve as a technical expert and develop new concepts, principles, standards, or methods in program management for applicable computer system(s); AND Applying IT security concepts, standards and methods, including information systems security protocols and regulations.
In addition to meeting specialized experience, applicants must also show proficiency in 1) attention to detail, 2) customer service, 3) oral communication, and 4) problem solving.
