The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various cleaning duties, ensuring a safe and sanitized environment for our employees, tenants and visitors.
Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
Clean and sanitize restrooms in clubhouse, ensuring toilets, sinks, and floors are well maintained at all times.
Clean each residential building, entry, hallways, elevators, stairwells etc.
Clean and sanitize fitness and yoga rooms with regularity.
Clean and disinfect office surfaces, desks, chairs, and common areas.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies--report any shortages or equipment malfunctions to Maintenance Engineer.
Establish cleaning routines to be scheduled and followed to ensure all areas are well maintained on a regular basis.
Report any maintenance or repair need to Maintenance Engineer promptly.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest level of professionalism.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in cleaning, preferably in a commercial environment Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools and best practices for different surfaces and materials.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation.
Ability to communicate effectively with management.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a a clean and organized work environment.
