The Albuquerque office of Bridgers & Paxton is looking for a full time Marketing/Business Development Coordinator.

Responsibilities Perform qualification, proposal and presentation activities Work with technical staff to develop proposal sections and scopes of work Perform collateral materials development, website updates, social media content, market research activities, proposals, etc.
Collaborate with other marketing staff on firm wide branding, PR and marketing initiatives Represent the firm to clients, peer organizations and business associates Skill Set Excellent knowledge of marketing & business development fundamentals Understanding of the architectural, engineering and construction industry is a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Experience with CRM software, Deltek Vision/VantagePoint a plus Experience generating social media posts Outstanding communication skills Good leadership skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to prioritize Self-starter Education & Experience Experience in the Architectural/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry highly desired.
Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
