Under little supervision, the Maintenance Technician B performs various maintenance tasks on facilities in a manner that reflects the company's vision of working as One Professional Team.
Pay Rate:
$18.
00-$32.
00 per hour.
Pay Rate is based upon experience and education.
Essential Functions:

Repairs small equipment, including sweepers, scrubbers, landscape equipment, and small engines Performs general construction (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc.
) Landscape, including tending commercial sprinklers and controls, and mowing/pruning grass, and bushes Inspects, adjusts, and repairs blowers, filters, and controls Maintains HVAC equipment Repairs fixtures Installs copper pipe up to 1 Installs/repairs plastic pipes up to 4 Repairs water recycling systems Other duties as assigned by manager Required Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED 3
years commercial maintenance technician experience Considerable experience working with single phase (electrical) Some experience with three phase and control maintenance (electrical) Some overhead door experience (mechanical) Physical Demands & Competencies:
Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills Safety & Product Knowledge Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, etc.
Heavy work that includes lifting and/or moving objects up to 55 pounds or more Work Environment:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
