The Maintenance Assistant makes a difference by - The Maintenance Assistant plays a key role in ensuring that our grounds exceed theexpectations of our patients and their families while they are in our care.
Success in this role includes:
Assist the Maintenance Director with the overallsafety, appearance, and maintenance of the facility in accordance with allapplicable Federal, State, and Local requirements at all times Take part in part in painting, light carpentry,electrical, plumbing, grounds maintenance, and preventative maintenance You could be a great fit if you have these things - Minimum a High School Diploma orequivalent G.

D required Knowledgeable on various mechanical,electrical and plumbing systems required, HVAC certification a plus Knowledge of safety regulations required Reliable source of transportationand valid driver's license required Maintenance experience preferred; especially ina healthcare facility
