Summary:
To perform routine and intermediate duties related to commercial, residential and commercial construction, SBA, amortized mortgage loans, and participation loan applications.
Essential Functions and
Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
These include, but are not limited to, the following:
Initiate the generation of loan documentation.
Begin credit request process and run credit reports on current or prospective borrowers as necessary.
Process commercial and real estate loan payments and advances on lines of credit.
Initiate and monitor escrow on amortized mortgage loans and work monthly expiring report Conduct account research to update customers complete banking relationship and process all loan payments and advances.
Review loan approvals to ensure information is complete and follow up on missing data.
Prepare and send loan commitment.
Prepares documents for Small Business Administration (SBA) loans ensuring accuracy and completeness and compliance with federal regulations.
Prepares documents on participation loans for all Bank personnel Set up and maintain credit and other files for documentation and compliance.
Work with insurance policies and related reports; contacts agents; works closely with customers to ensure proper insurance is received and maintained.
Monitors collateral addenda's and other tickler system to ensure proper receipt of UCC, Deeds of Trust, and Title Policy filings and other documentation.
Assists loan officers to ensure proper related documentation is prepared and/or provided, closes paid loans and may terminate collateral when applicable, and corrects loan accounting system errors as necessary.
Assists loan officers with Loan Proposal Report (LPR) completion, call on past due customers and call on deposit accounts that have insufficient funds.
Analyze and process all incoming draws, reviews documentation for proper approvals and makes loan disbursements to voucher Control Company or borrower in accordance with the contract.
Distribute daily and monthly reports.
Promote business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.
Opens new deposit accounts in conjunction with loan transactions or when needed to assist operations area.
Scans in loan documents or daily work documentation, and reviews scanned files other individuals have scanned to insure accuracy of the data before destruction of the original documents.
Knowledgeable and skilled in all areas of servicing loans.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications (includes education, skills and experience):

Minimum high school graduate, or equivalent 2-5 years loan experience in a financial institution 2-5 years customer service experience Prefer experience in opening new accounts in a financial institution setting Skills:
Banking Compliance Regulations.
