Navwar Analyst - Intermediate

Description LinQuest is seeking a Navwar Analyst to join our team in Albuquerque, NM.
An active Secret clearance is required.
The Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) is a military organization located on Kirkland AFB.
The Navigation Warfare (Navwar) Analyst helps plan field and lab experiments or technology demonstrations to collect and analyze data that characterize the effects of Navwar systems.
Candidate will work as part of the Engineering team conducting open air and anechoic chamber tests to understand RF interference acting on tools we use.
The work is performed in Government facilities and may require some travel with the possibility of overseas travel to support mission partners.
Position is part of the Engineering Division comprised of Government and Contractor staff members.
If you dont currently have a clearance, we will determine if you are eligible and help you get a security clearance
Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze operational data to produce information that supports military planning and execution
Assist engineering team collect data by defining system or operational measures, data required, and data sources
Parse data in different formats into a common data set to support analysis and information products
Maintain database organized by qualities that support current and future analysis
Incorporate data into commercial and locally-developed analysis tools to produce information for specific purpose
Seek opportunities to automate analysis by creating algorithms that improve analysis efficiency and effectiveness
Run data analysis excursions to examine operational possibilities and support customer analysis
Clearly communicate information that supports conclusions and provides operational insight Required Skills and
Experience:

Ability to communicate clearly using oral or written media
Skilled use of data management tools such as spreadsheets and databases
Database design and operations
Capability to write software routines and macros to automate data processing and analysis
General understanding of military systems and the capabilities they provide
BS degree in Engineering, Systems Analysis, Statistics, or Math
3-5 years of spreadsheet and database experience
Active Secret Clearance (ability to secure TS/SCI) Preferred Skills:

Python, Visual Basic, MATLAB, LabVIEW
Experience writing military reports that communicate operational effects
Understanding of Position Navigation Time (PNT) military systems and the capabilities they provide
Knowledge of military systems and their application
Modeling and Simulation software
Technical degree or advanced degree a plus
