Bed Hospital Part of a larger healthcare system Joint Commission Accredited Nurse Director Quality Responsibilities :
Directing all aspects of organizational quality, Including Regulatory Agencies (Joint Commission, CMS, State of NM etc.
), Disease Specific Certification, Leap Frog, Patient Satisfaction, public reporting and National Quality Designation.
Manage, develop and mentor staff.
Enforce policies and procedures, prepare and maintain accreditation and accountability for the Quality budget and productivity.
Has direct reports to include all of the Disease Specific team and Infection Prevention.
Required to be onsite.
Reports to CNO Nurse Director Quality
Qualifications:
Bachelor Nursing Degree Minimum Three (3) years of Hospital Quality experience Minimum Two (2) years of acute hospital quality leadership experience NM RN or Compact State License My client offers excellent benefit and compensation package as well as relocation assistance.
