Minimum Education, Experience And Additional Requirements Education and experience directly related to the minimum requirements below may be interchangeable on a year for year basis.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, information systems or mathematics; andFive (5) years of data collection and maintenance, research, analysis, assimilation, statistics and report preparation experience; andTo include two (2) years of evaluating program data to form conclusions and make recommendations.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
