As a medical provider under the Department of Labor's programs, our nurses are paid by the hour and not by the visit.

Our nurses help our patients by providing skilled care in the home and assist patients with a variety of things all related to their approved illness.
Each patient is unique in their needs, and in turn each RN and CNA has unique responsibilities in caring for their patients.
SHIFTS:
Full time, day shifts.
COMPENSATION:
This exempt position comes with a very competitive pay plan based on experience, location, and the market.

ResponsibilitiesCoordinates marketing efforts for their area/region with the CMO and Home Health Director /Administrator todevelop and implement short and long-range strategic goals as it relates to objectives to ensure strong growth andlong-term viability of the Company.
Stays abreast on matters related to regional and local sales and marketing service trends within assigned area/region.
Integrates other affiliate services, allowing the Company to provide a truly seamless continuum of services to itsclients.
Identifies specialty practices or physicians who can help increase marketing value for the Company.
Develops solid ongoing relationships with key opinion leaders, patient support groups, referral sources, and otherhealthcare organizations to ensure that significant developments in the field are identified and monitored.
Expands service delivery model in scope, volume and geographic coverage to meet the needs of its clients throughaggressive marketing, business development and branding.
Maintains services, systems and procedures to assure compliance with licensure regulations and standards as it relatesto sales and marketing.
Assists CMO to evaluate, revise, and implement sales and marketing systems.
Keeps an eye on what is considered current and assists the Company to create its own trends.
Closely monitors what the competition is doing.
Coordinates sales and marketing efforts to ensure continuity of care.
Trains clinical staff on marketing skills and customer service to ensure higher quality of communication withpatients, physicians, family members, and others they communicate with regarding the care and services NCPprovides.
Assists in the development of documents, document revisions, and evaluation of programs and communications.
Travels in various forms of transportation with overnight stays as required.
Provide significant input into the annual marketing plan, specifically:
sales forecasts for each product (taking intoconsideration past history, market trends, competitive activity and required sales effort), allocation of expensesbetween products (taking into consideration stage in product life cycle, potential for future growth and profitcontribution, potential competitors), required sales promotion program (taking into consideration marketing strengthsrelative to competitors, selling opportunities and customer's needs and attitudes) and the marketing materials neededto accomplish the goals.
Financial management of the marketing program including budget planning, resource allocation and preparation ofquarterly reports as required.
Performs tasks as assigned by the Home Health Director/AdministratorQualificationsBachelor's Degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business management/administration, or communicationspreferred or 5 - 7 years of relevant marketing and sales experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and developing a multi-product/service in a homecare, hospice, orintegrated healthcare delivery system preferred.
Superior sales, marketing and business development skills.
Highly developed management, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to execute, revise, and implement effective systems as it relates to sales and marketing.
Must be a skilled communicator, as well as resilient, analytical, professional, confident, and highly motivated.
Possesses strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
Ability to exercise initiative, work independently, multi-task, prioritize and function in a team environment.
Must possess a professional, courteous, and customer oriented demeanor.
Must be discrete, trustworthy, and possesshigh level of integrity.
Must be highly innovative and able to develop eye-catching advertisements and/or commercial jingles.
Must have a strong eye for design and know what appeals to the targeted population.
Advanced computer skills preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
