com The Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District (MRGCD) is seeking a Public Relations Specialist (PRS) / Public Information Officer (PIO) who will direct and implement the MRGCD's communications strategy to inform and engage MRGCD's constituents.
Under general direction of the Chief Engineer/CEO will manage a communications strategy which fosters and promotes a positive public image, understanding and awareness of MRGCD's programs, and services including outreach and educational programs.
This position provides the public and media with accurate, timely, and consistent information.
