7 Full-time 1 day ago Full Job Description JOB Perform functional and technical information systems support for assigned department:
install and maintain application software and end user devices such as personal computers, laptops, tablets and smart phones; maintain and administer computer systems and applications; provide technical support and assistance to department end users and perform a variety of analytical duties relative to assigned area of responsibility.
Candidates are expected to demonstrate meaningful experience with the technologies listed above and to be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of hardware, network and software as well as troubleshooting skills.
Will participate in departmental projects and be able to work under minimal supervision and provide status reports and project updates.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in information systems, computer science, or business administration; andOne (1) year of customer service experience in any of the following areas:
selection and configuration of end user devicesinstalling, maintaining and troubleshooting PC's analyzing and assessing technological needs or software application analysisADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Possession of a valid New Mexico Driver's License, or ability to obtain by date of hire.
Possession of a City Operator's Permit (COP) within 6 months from date of hire.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
