Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Provide those services and/or treatments requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
Function as a team member demonstrating collaboration with, and responsibility to patient, physician, and interdisciplinary team.
Perform nursing care according to the needs of the patient and as indicated in the written plan of care.
Assist in the assessment of needs, formulation and review of patient care plans.

Have a good understand of Medicare guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
(Diploma or transcripts to be provided to agency) Currently licensed in the Operating State as a Registered Nurse.
Knowledge of regulations and procedures to administer patient care.
A current TB test, CPR card, driver's license, automobile insurance must be kept on file.
Must have and maintain a reliable automobile.
A criminal background check and drug screen must be performed before hire.
One (1) year nursing experience recommended, experience in home health care recommended.
