Operations I Custodian

Under immediate supervision performs custodial work of routine difficulty. Specific duties include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, stripping, sweeping, mopping, sealing, waxing, and buffing floors, washing window sills, doors, and furniture, spot cleaning, vacuuming, and shampooing carpets, emptying pencil sharpeners, waste baskets, and trash containers, cleaning chalkboards, erasers, and chalk trays, cleaning halls, walkways, stairways, and sidewalks, reports repairs needed, responds to requests by the immediate supervisor for special moving, clean-up or set-up tasks, performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Basic reading and communication skills and three (3) months of related experience. This position requires a background check.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
