Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in a senior level management role over service and warranty over multiple locations
Must have:
- Started career as a mechanic and progressed throughout career into management
- Stable work history and favorable references
- Polished professional with strong people, process and paper management skills
- Ability to mentor and build strong service management teams
- Budgeting and forecasting experience
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment at the service and management level
