Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage leads in our company's CRM. Most leads are warm and are generated for you. 2. Meet with distressed/motivated sellers that want to sell their house fast.
3. Build rapport with the seller, overcome objections and negotiate the best price or terms and get the contract to purchase signed.
4. Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects.
5. If we can't buy their house, switch them to a listing and and sell their home on the open market.
6. Must be motivated to bring in outside business. We have additional proven methods to help you do this. You just need to do them.
7. Must be a team player and get along with the other staff.

1) A sales MASTER who has tons of experience closing
2) An entrepreneur with a sports background who is naturally a people person, and loves working in a team environment
You will work approximately 40 hours per week with most of those hours being in your home office or the field. Some weekend work is required.
This is an Albuquerque, NM based position. You are responsible for providing your own computer, high speed internet, scanner, cell phone, etc.

The reasons for this are varied - property not inhabitable, estate property, property has not been remodeled in many years and is in poor condition, must sell fast, inherited property, tired landlord, bad tenants, etc. The list goes on and on. These are motivated sellers with problem properties.
Several THOUSAND homes and sellers have these issues in metro Albuquerque, and several THOUSAND homes are sold every year in metro Albuquerque that are not listed by a Realtor. Keypoint Solution's mission is simple: create value for as many of these motivated sellers as possible by creating solutions for their situation to be able to buy their home and helping them move on to the next stage of their life. We receive hundreds of calls every month by sellers wanting to sell their homes. If we can't help them by purchasing their home, then we have our preferred agent (YOU) help list their home!
Keypoint Solutions was founded in order to create solutions to buy homes from these folks who don't want to or can't list with a Realtor. Since we started in 2003, we have bought, renovated, and sold over 400 homes in metro Salt Lake City. We are based in Utah and we are buying properties in California and New Mexico and are expanding into other states.
